Rates

Regardless of your gender, orientation, or social standing, I’d love the privilege to express something special about you.

Our rates comprise a basic creative fee, makeup & hairdo (if you need), and photographs (priced separately). The booking process is simple and outlined below. Everything is designed for flexibility, freedom of choice, and the love of being human.

Creative Fee : S$350

Includes one photography session in our studio for up to 2 persons, pre-shoot consultation, full creative direction by Kelvin Lim, and a dedicated female assistant throughout the session.

Makeup & hairdo is optional at S$250 per person, by The Makeup Room. Alternatively, arrange your own, or experience the session au naturel.

Photographs are priced separately at S$95 per digital image, or S$450 for 5 images. Digital images are optimised for digital screens and prints of up to 4″x6″. Basic cosmetic retouching is included, tailored to your individual taste. Prints and albums are available too, priced according to size, material, and effort.

Nothing Matters More Than Your Privacy

We have been delivering this promise, without fail, for more than 20 years. We are extremely proud to have earned the trust of so many happy clients – clients who return to us, year after year.

You are safe with us.

Before your session begins, we sign a formal agreement stating – in no uncertain terms – that we will never use your images in any form or manner without your prior written consent.

Once the job is delivered, we will permanently destroy all instances of your photographs in our possession.

Throughout the photo-shoot, the only people present with you will be Elaine and Kelvin. You are free to bring anyone along for company.

F.A.Q.

I don't know how to pose!

You don’t need any posing experience. We won’t make you act. I will guide you into a comfortable posture, and all you need to do is follow simple directions, like where to look, or where to place your hands. While you relax, I will patiently allow your beauty to inspire the artwork.

How long does the session take?

About half a day… there’s no rush. We understand how intimidating it can be, and you have all the time in the world to warm up to the experience.

How much skin do I need to bare for boudoir?

Only as much as you’re comfortable with. We will obey all instructions to hide your sensitive regions.

You can start with simple outfits like a day dress or casual wear, and we will go at a pace most comfortable for you. We will proceed further only if you’re ready to, and stop any time you want.

When can I see the photographs?

As soon as right after the shoot. If you are visiting Singapore on a fixed schedule, or if you have a special request (e.g. to surprise a loved one) – let us know! We’ll gladly make special arrangements for you.

Can I send you some ideas / poses I want you to re-create?

Sure! However, we will use them to understand your preferences, not to replicate them. You are special, and we’d love for your unique personality to shine through.

Who will be present during the shoot?

Only Kelvin and Elaine (your dedicated personal assistant) will be present throughout the session.

Can I bring a friend along?

Certainly! Your companions are welcome to stay the entire session. All we ask is that they do not record the actual shooting process.

How many outfits can I bring?

About two to three, along with any props. We don’t impose limits. If you’re not sure, just bring, and we will help you decide.

Who are your Makeup artists?

Our makeup artists are the highly-regarded professionals from The Makeup Room. We’ve been partners for more than two decades. We trust them because they genuinely care for our clients, and value your privacy as deeply as we do.

Who owns the rights to the photographs?

You own all private, non-commercial usage rights to the photographs you purchase, i.e. you can use or publish the photographs freely, as long as you do not use them for commercial purposes (e.g. to promote a business or offer the images for sale).

We have absolutely no right to use or publish any photograph taken in any form or manner, privately or commercially, without your prior consent. This will be stated in the agreement we both sign before the session. We are open to specific requests – just talk to us.

What happens to the photographs after the shoot?

We do not keep your photographs. Once we complete the job to your absolute joy, we will permanently destroy all instances of your photographs in our possession. You will receive a signed certificate of destruction within 24 hours of deletion.

What are your available dates?

We shoot any day of the week, and usually start at 10:30am. Happy to fit your schedule!

I am L/G/B/T/Q/just weird. Will you accept my commission?

Absolutely. Are we not human? We hold no prejudice, and welcome you with the warmth that only genuine friendship brings.
